Executive Coaching
Our executive coaching practice focuses on coaching corporate executives through the process of significant individual and organisational change. A Complete People coach will support leaders in transition, those addressing a new role, facing a business turnaround, or overcoming personal performance challenges. Our success is determined by our clients’ personal and business development achievement.
A typical process of Individual Executive Coaching:
whilst each executive coaching assignment is unique, many follow a similar sequence. The “A4” model below illustrates the 4 key stages in a typical CPP coaching assignment.

1. Analyse / examine: analysis of need. Meet client(s), discuss development need, test chemistry between coach/coaching partner, build rapport, conduct initial diagnosis (assessment employing formal/informal approaches) identify link between business and individual coaching development goals.
2. Agree / concur: gain agreement to coaching needs and process of coaching with all relevant stakeholders, including timelines, resources, milestones and success criteria.
3. Act: Take action: activity phase, coaching and development actions. Conduct coaching activities (feedback, training, build new skills, ongoing review of progress, application of new behaviours)
4. Assess / evaluate: evaluation of progress/outcomes/impact of new behaviour/practice/skills, gain feedback from relevant sources, determine success against agreed goals in 2 above.
Executive Team Coaching
Our commitment is to ensure that Executive Team Members recognise and agree on appropriate behaviours and communications strategies which will enhance Team success.
We focus on individual accountability, collective commitment- co-coaching where appropriate - and development of team competencies.
Train Coaches
In addition to the one to one executive coaching and team coaching services, we have developed an exciting, innovative coaching product which provides internal coaches with a toolkit of specifically designed tools that allow them to really stretch their capability in coaching. The toolkit then provides an excellent reference guide for preparing for the coaching sessions and constantly updating skills.
We have partnered with many large organisations to provide coaching programmes to develop coaching and learning cultures which underpin their organisational development strategies.
