AIM

To define the effects of change on individuals and to plan effective strategies to enhance success in change implementation.


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This workshop is designed to support managers through the process of communicating impending changes to team members and, in particular, delivering difficult news. The half-day sessions will allow managers to discuss specific issues they may need to deal with, address queries and prepare themselves for the discussion. A further optional half-day may be facilitated during which managers will be invited to return to seek further clarification or guidance either as a group or on a one to one basis
