At CPER we do not subscribe to a one size fits all approach. We recognise that every organisation is different and should therefore be treated as such. However, in order to provide a totally quality controlled service, we adhere to stringent Service Level Agreements which incorporate the following key deliverables:
- allocate the most appropriately qualified Senior Consultant to work in partnership with the client
- provide and agree the brief within 48 hours of an initial meeting
- agree timescales and deliverables and stick to them
- provide target organisations for approval within 48 hours after agreeing the brief
- use the most advanced research methodologies to target the best talent in the market
- relevant candidates are pre-screened prior to interview
- update clients on a regular basis with activity and progress
- work as an extension of the organisation and adhere to strict service standards
- treat candidates with the utmost respect and service
- interview candidates against a competency based framework
- maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- fully de-brief unsuccessful candidates
- provide a shortlist of relevant candidates within a time frame to be agreed upon but usually 25 working days from acceptance of the brief.
- use highly trained consultants to psychometrically profile if requested
- provide ongoing coaching and mentoring once in post.
