AIM

To develop the skills and confidence required by individuals to fulfil the role of SCC representative.


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Using a mix of theory, video and role play, this highly informative, interactive programme is designed to ensure that Staff Council Representatives understand how to be effective in meetings. Role play enables delegates to practise new techniques and group discussion as well as feedback enables participants to hone their skills.
