AIM To introduce the team to a variety of NLP communication strategies and tools and to provide an insight into the teams and clients motivational value systems to enhance flexibility and impact.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW Using a variety of NLP and other communication strategies, delegates will gain an insight into their own communication styles as well as gain an understanding of the behaviours and motivations of others.
