AIM

To introduce the team to a variety of NLP communication strategies and tools and to provide an insight into the team’s and client’s motivational value systems to enhance flexibility and impact.


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Using a variety of NLP and other communication strategies, delegates will gain an insight into their own communication styles as well as gain an understanding of the behaviours and motivations of others.

• Defining personality types and behaviours
• Raising personal awareness of own behaviour and its impact on others
• Understanding team and individual strengths
• Understanding what motivates self and others
• Building respect, enlightenment and value regarding the diversity within the team and customer
MANAGING CONFLICT
• What causes conflict for you and others?
• Working with the conflict sequence
• What is best for me when I’m in conflict and what is best for you
VALUE BASED FEEDBACK
• Introduction to NVC (Non Violent Communication)
• Skills practice
WORKING WITH OUR VALUES
• Exercise to explore where we are now and how we can integrate team values deeper into our day to day work
• Introduction to NLP
• How people process, store and transmit information
• Using NLP techniques to develop sensory acuity and build rapport
• Precision Questioning – unpick to unstuck
• Working with meta programmes to persuade influence and motivate others
• Skills practice sessions working with real scenarios
