AIM

To maximize the potential of the integrated team through developing supportive team working relationships


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Well performing teams achieve great results. This programme covers a broad spectrum of team buildling initiatives in an enjoyable, interactive and informative manner. Delegates are given the opportunity to explore what works well and what behavioural styles prevent effective team work. At the end of the programme, delegates develop a personal action plan to achieve goals.

• Introduction to SDI (strengths deployment inventory)
• Defining personal styles – strengths and overdone strengths
• Understanding motivators and values of the different styles
• Appreciating diversity of styles and contributions
• Recognising warranted and unwarranted conflict and how to deal with the different stages of conflict development
• Recognising and respecting preferences
• Exploring the whole team’s profile and developing a flexible approach
• What is important to us?
• Logical levels exercise to identify what to maintain and to create suggestions for refining how we want to work together, how we plan to celebrate and build on our survival.
• Action planning and review.
