AIM

To increase confidence and competence in managing short and long term absence


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

An informative and practical one day programme where delegates are encouraged to consider the cost and impact on organisations/teams due to persistent absence. Delegates are provided with the legal framework in which to consider absence management and are divided up into syndicate groups in order to practise different questioning techniques.
