DURATION: One Day
AIM To increase confidence and competence when managing the performance of others.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW This practical one day programme is designed to provide delegates with a framework for successful performance management. Delegates practise providing feedback within their groups and are encouraged to explore a variety of techniques that aid successful outcomes. At the end of the session, delegates are encouraged to develop personal action plans to transfer learning back in the workplace.
