To take advantage of new beginnings. To reflect and build on what worked well in the past and to explore how developing emotional intelligence can increase and enhance personal effectiveness and work relationships.

Introducing emotional intelligence, this is an essential programme for newly appointed managers, or managers taking on new teams. Delegates will benefit from exploring self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills in order to enhance personal effectiveness and work relationships.

5. Defining and communicating your plans for the future

• Brainstorm for suggestions on the content of a team building day.
