AIM

To develop effective oral communication skills


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This programme is desinged to cover communication across a variety of settings and situations. It will include communicating during negotiation, setting targets, testing, making adjustments, setting a win/win mentality, joint problem solving, drawing out the other person, how to be creative, learning how to suspend judgement, summarising and testing the agreement, facilitating, active listening, handling strong feelings, encouraging ideas and helping the other person to win.
