AIM To analyse a range of strategies to improve decision-making and problem solving.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW The function of a leader is to make decisions and to have them implemented effectively. Quality results demand quality decisions. There are logical, systematic approaches to decision-making and there are also creative approaches to decision-making. This programme analyses the value and application of each approach. It also looks in detail at problem solving. Decisions cannot be taken until the right problem has been clarified and processed.
