• One-to-One Outplacement Support working closely with a dedicated consultant.

Group Outplacement Programmes

Group outplacement is a cost-effective way to offer the benefits of outplacement support to a greater number of people within your organisation. These programmes combine full day workshops with professional consultant support.   Our dedicated outplacement consultants work with those facing redundancy or career change in small groups and cover all the important issues and questions that arise.   Typical outplacement workshop content includes:

  In addition to the outplacement workshops, candidates receive ongoing support by telephone and email.

These tailored programmes offer a very personal level of support to those facing career change or redundancy. Working closely with a dedicated consultant, individuals benefit from face-to-face meetings backed up by telephone and email support. Feature include:
