Outplacement Options
Delivered through a team of experienced consultants, we offer a range of outplacement services that are tailored to the needs of each client and individual. Many outplacement programmes involve one or more of the following options:
Individual (One-to-one) outplacement
This provides a very personal level of support to those facing career change or redundancy. One of our professional consultants will work with the individual and develop a bespoke programme of tailored workshops, providing a high level of support on a one-to-one basis.
Group outplacement workshops
Our group outplacement programmes combine full day workshops with professional consultant support. A typical workshop covers key areas of job search including CV preparation and interview techniques, along with time for questions and personal reflection.
Executive outplacement
A comprehensive programme aimed at senior managers and executives. It offers a high level of personally tailored support from our senior consultants. Additionally, a flexible package of benefits can include membership of the Institute of Directors as well as access to our suite of career development tools.
Job shops and surgeries
Where redundancies involve a larger number of people, we offer on-site resource centres to deliver a customised in-house service. This includes setting up a job shop area, researching the local job market and providing access, on-site, to a Complete People consultant.
‘Support at a Distance’
For those who work away from the office, where one-to-one support is not appropriate and group workshops simply are not practical, this ‘virtual’ programme provides the ideal solution. ‘Support at a Distance’ offers high level support using a combination of Internet, email and telephone communication channels.
